These Terms apply to all “package” or cash transactions carried out between TravTribe and you, your company, and any representative of your company (Company). “Package(s)” refer to all travel arrangements your Company has clearly articulated and is providing through sales generated by independent agents authorized by you through TravTribe, Authorization of sales of “package(s)” to independent agents refers to all registered members of TravTribe that have agreed to sell your Company “package(s)” based on the terms you have provided. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. Sales of “Package(s)” The Service represented in this agreement constitute the selling of pre-defined travel “packages” at a pre-determined rate. The full cost of each package sold will by TravTribe or any of its members will be transferred to your Company, less a 10% transaction fee, through an agreed electronic payment system, within 3 days of the receipt of the sale from TravTribe or its independent agents. Your company will provide TravTribe’s independent agents a “package’ as compensation for the sale of the first quota of “package(s)”. Once a “package” compensation has been provided per above, TravTribe will retain an agreed portion of Sales for compensation to the independent agent, for every additional agreed quota of Sales to be remitted back to TravTribe’s independent agents. Content Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). All content must be agreed upon prior to posting. Our Service requires that we maintain the right to advertise and promote this service and your use of this service on our website, in our blogs and through other channels we deem necessary and appropriate for promoting this service and your use of this service. On very rare occasions, we may remove feedback pursuant to the relevant provisions of our Terms of Service, including the Terms of Use. Email to Friends and Referral Program TravTribe lets you send project postings to friends via email. TravTribe also offers the ability to send friends emails about providing or purchasing services through the Service. If you choose to use either feature, your friend’s email address will be used to send the requested posting and your email address will be used to copy you on the message to your friend or to send the message on your behalf. TravTribe stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
